Where we deliver
We ship across all seven emirates of the UAE. We're based in Dubai.
Delivery charges
- Dubai — free delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.
- All other emirates — AED 20, and free on orders over AED 100.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive within two working days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and we'll be in touch if anything is going to take longer than that.
How your order is packed
Crystals and bracelets are wrapped individually and padded. Gift sets go out in their boxes, ready to give — if it's a present, tell us at checkout and we'll leave the invoice out.
Changing or cancelling an order
Email hello.calm@theurbancalm.com as soon as you can. If it hasn't left us yet, we'll sort it out.
If something arrives damaged
Crystals travel well, but they're still stone. If anything arrives chipped or broken, send us a photo at hello.calm@theurbancalm.com and we'll make it right.
Returns
You have 30 days to request a return on an unworn item in its original packaging. Full details are in our refund policy.
